  • For Chris’ treatments, he asks his clients to wear shorts and a t-shirt, tank top, or sports bra.

  • In addition to Massage Therapy, I also offer other modalities such as Acupuncture, Dry Needling, Myofascial Release, Cupping, Joint Mobility, Craniosacral Therapy, Prenatal & Postnatal Treatments.

    Our other practitioners offer other modalities such as Reiki Energy Healing, Reflexology, Breathwork, Hypnosis, Past Life Exploration.

  • No, as I am a Registered Massage Therapist and not an Acupuncturist. You will be able to only claim my (and Fiona) treatment under ‘Massage Therapy’.

  • I believe that wellness is multifaceted and your betterment through our treatments can only be achieved when we are aware and consider other factors (pillars) that may directly and indirectly affect your physical state.
